Return Policy
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We understand that mistakes happen, and we allow one free order cancellation per customer as a courtesy.
However, starting with the second cancellation, a 3% restocking fee will apply. This fee helps cover non-refundable credit card processing fees charged by the payment processor. These fees are not returned to us when an order is canceled, even if a full refund is issued.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may instead initiate a return under our return policy.
- If a return is initiated during a Free Grip promotion and the resulting order total falls below the minimum purchase threshold required to qualify for the free grip, the retail value of the free grip will be deducted from the refund amount.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.

We’ll evaluate lost or stolen package claims on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the situation, we may offer store credit or a replacement.

For high-value orders, we may ask that you file a claim with USPS first. We will follow up after reviewing the results of their investigation.
Refund Timeline
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please reach out to us via the contact form within 7 days of receipt. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
