Shipping policy

Processing Time (USA)

• Orders are typically shipped within 1 - 5 business days after confirmation.
• Please note, we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
• Shipping is $10 for orders up to $59.99. Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.
• Orders under $59.99 to HI and AK ship for a flat $20 fee. Orders shipping to HI and AK also qualify for free shipping if the product total is over $60.

Cancellations and Exchanges

• Once your order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Defective or Damaged Products

• If your product arrives defective, damaged, or if there's a shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Eligible issues will be addressed with a replacement of the product or component.
• The cost of returning the item for replacement is the responsibility of the buyer.

Package Condition

• Please be aware that we cannot exchange products based on external packaging damage (like scratches or crushing) if the product inside is undamaged.
